Q: Why can't I connect to the teacher by entering the correct connection code on the student's side?

Answer: To connect to the teacher device by entering connection code requires that the student devices are connected to the Internet. Please check whether the Internet is available and stable on the student devices.

Q: If I purchase an individual version and join the (school) organization, what happens to my licenses that I have purchased?

Answer: Your individual account will be temporarily suspended and you will be entitled to the licensed services purchased by the organization while you are a member of it, and your suspended account will be recovered when you leave the organization.

Q: Why can't I connect the fourth user even though I have downloaded the software?

Answer: The free version includes perpetual license for 3 users. If you want to connect to more than 3 users, please go to our pricing page (https://educaster.net/pricing.html) for a more detailed pricing strategy.
